How does Dead King Collection ship items?

No, you cannot change the shipping address for your order after purchase. If you need to update the shipping address, then please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. If you do not reach out before we ship the item, we will be unable to change the address or issue a refund.
What happens if I receive the wrong order, or items are missing from my order?
If you suspect that your package has been tampered with during shipping, and that items have been stolen, please document everything with photos and videos and file a complaint with the carrier and / or the police.
If you receive the wrong items (wrong card, or wrong condition), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can correct the issue.
